Goods available for purchase
Winchester Australia Ltd only processes purchases of Goods not requiring a firearms license. No firearms, ammunition or related products such as gun powder or primers are available for purchase via this website. Only items categorised as general merchandise (such as apparel & accessories) are available to be purchased via this website.

Your information
Winchester Australia requires information only in relating to processing, contact and delivery information for fulfillment of your Order.
To enable Winchester Australia to provide the delivery service, the purchaser’s private information such as name and address will need to be provided.

Delivery & risk
The purchaser must provide Winchester Australia with a Delivery Address which is accessible for our delivery service. Winchester Australia can deliver to almost anywhere in Australia.

Winchester Australia will arrange for delivery of the Goods to you at the Delivery Address for which the Delivery Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the Goods. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Winchester Australia may at its discretion provide you with a repair or exchange to the current value of the goods.
