Installation – step by step

1. Loosen the two screws through the rubber slots (a little soapy water on the screwdriver blade will protect the rubber).
2. Remove the old back cover and clean the contact surface.
3. Place the 25 mm recoil pad on the flask and adjust the heel/toe so that the edges are aligned.
4. Tighten the screws evenly firmly – avoid over-tightening.

When does 25mm make the most sense?

• Compressed shooting position: If you want a slightly shorter row for the extractor than 32 mm, 25 mm is an obvious choice.
• Summer/thin clothes: Smaller stock padding often requires a shorter LOP for correct eye relief to the binoculars.
• Quick shots: Shorter LOP can feel more "responsive" when moving hunting.
